The cost covers one property visit with video/ and or photographs. Total time expected to use is 2 hours.

Transportation costs apply to visits outside the Lisbon city limits. 

Negotiate lease agreement, convey documents for lawyer‘s review (not included is the reasonable fee charged by lawyer to review the lease ), obtain signatures, advice on deposits and timelines. All this can be accomplished with me.

No surprises, this financial planning class will give you real figures. Expect an intensive hands on working Zoom class, one on one with me. 

Hourly rate plus the cost of your shopping, transportation and building or set up.

Includes assistance with baggage. Ask for a quote.
